Terms of sale

Last updated 2026-08-31

This page says what you are buying, what it costs, and what applies if something goes wrong. The terms apply to purchases on feedtopaper.com.

Seller

Gode Medier v/ Troels Kolln, CVR 37325309, Bregnevænget 52, 3050 Humlebæk, Denmark. troels@godemedier.dk

The product

You buy a printed photo book made from the photos and text you uploaded and arranged yourself. The book is printed by our print partner, Cloudprinter, at a print facility in Europe or the US. You receive the printed book only. No digital copy is included.

Price and payment

The price is shown before you order and includes VAT for your delivery country. Shipping is shown as a separate line. You pay by card through Stripe when you place the order. We charge the amount immediately because production starts shortly after.

Delivery

We deliver to Europe and the US. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. The book ships directly from the print facility, and you receive a tracking number once it is on its way.

Right of withdrawal

A photo book is made from your own photos. The usual 14-day right of withdrawal therefore does not apply once production has started (goods made to the consumer's specifications, Danish Consumer Contracts Act section 18(2)(3)). If you want to cancel anyway, write to troels@godemedier.dk right away. If printing has not started, you get a full refund.

Defects and complaints

You have a 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If the book is misprinted, damaged or missing pages, write to us within a reasonable time after you receive it, ideally with a photo. We will reprint it or refund you.

The book is printed from what you arranged. We warn you on screen when a photo has too low a resolution to print sharply. If you choose to order anyway, that is not a defect.

Your photos

You must have the right to use the photos you upload. We do not review the content, but we may refuse to print an order that is unlawful. We never use your photos for anything but your own book.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Complaints and governing law

Danish law applies. If we cannot agree, you can complain to the Danish Nævnenes Hus at naevneneshus.dkor use the European Commission's dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
